[ January 30, 2010; 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. ] Winnipeg’s chamber music series Musica Speciale presents Vincent Ho’s PRELUDE AND GROOVE (for violin & piano) at the Winnipeg Art Gallery’s Muriel Richardson Auditorium.
[ February 7, 2010; 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. ] As part of Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra’s 2010 New Music Festival, Vincent Ho’s piano works The Swan and Reflections in the Water will be featured in this evening’s concert.
[ February 8, 2010; 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. ] Vincent Ho’s FOUR PAINTINGS BY LEESTEMAKER will be receiving its Canadian premiere at WSO’s New Music Festival on February 8, 2010. Performers will be internationally renowned pianist Jenny Lin and the WSO String Quintet.
[ November 10, 2009; 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. ] As part of The SOCAN Foundation’s 3-day Composer Residency Program, Vincent will be in Montreal from November 8-10 to take part in various activities with ECM. This will culminate to the performance of his work, “Nature whispers…”, winner of The People’s Choice Award at CBC-Radio’s EVOLUTION Composers’ Competition.
